EXPLANATION OF COALITION STAFF:
Coalition S-1
The Administration Officer is responsible for taking down notes at meetings, making sure teams are scheduled and maintaining the paperwork for chain of commands, changes of command, etc. Also, the Admin Officer is in charge of maintaining the website to ensure its accuracy.
Coalition S-2
The Training Officer is responsible for making sure teams get the proper training on tactics and strategy and is also responsible for making sure teams maintain their practice schedules and actually have practices.
Coalition S-3
The Field Operations Officer is responsible for maintaining good communications on the field along with knowing where each team is at on the field and what mission they are doing.
Coalition S-4
The Scenario Operations Officer is responsible for getting scenarios together for coalition teams to attend as an entire unit and placing the correct officer in charge at the event.
Coalition S-5
The Equipment Officer is responsible for making sure that teams have all the proper equipment to participate at events and making sure that everyone's teams each have their own equipment technician and all equipment works properly.
Coalition Executive Officer
The XO is responsible for making sure that all of the Regional Commanders have a steady flow of communications and have a healthy relationship between the teams in the coalition and everyone is getting along and no one is screwing around.
Coalition Sergeant Major
The Sergeant Major is responsible that everyone does what they are supposed to do, when they're supposed to do it.
Coalition Commander
The Commander is responsible as a whole that everything the Coalition does or does not do, whether or not it is wrong or right and no matter what team is doing what, the Commander is wholly responsible for what happens with the coalition. The Commander is also responsible for making sure that coalition meetings are held in an apprpriate manner and that everything on the agenda gets taken care of. The Commander appoints the Coalition Staff officers.
